Great spot to explore the neighborhood, close to restaurants, shopping area, sightseeing. Meeting Dan was great, very friendly and made sure we are comfortable settling in.

Dan’s place was awesome. It was 2 of us and there was plenty of space for both. Place was nice and clean when we entered. Ac units were working great. The added shower attachments were awesome. The place is right between little Italy and Chinatown. Walking distance to the SoHo shops. Highly recommend this spot.
